Shipping policy

We're Just Three Real Human Beings:

The roasting, shipping, packaging, quality control, website administration, email responses, blog posts, instagram posts, tasting notes, newsletters, and more are all done by just three people. We all have strong love for roasting wonderful coffees from farmers we know and want to support.

If we don't respond immediately to your question on the weekend, we promise we will get to it soon.  Try and remember even the most dedicated coffee people need a day off or two.

Local Pick Up:

You’ll receive an email when your order is ready for pickup.  Orders placed before 8am on Tuesday will be available to pick up after 12pm on Wednesday.  Orders placed before 8am on Thursday will be available to pick up after 12pm on Friday.

USPS Shipping:

If we receive your order before 8am on a Tuesday or Thursday, we will ship on the next day via USPS.  If we receive your order after 8am on a Tuesday or Thursday the order will ship the following shipment day.  

Sometimes USPS does not do a great job of scanning all of our packages as they arrive at their post office. We have never once missed a shipping day at Farmers Union, even in the worst months of 2020, so if your package isn't scanned in please do not panic. It's likely on the way, and will be scanned soon!
