Officially Tested: Mycotoxin Free Coffee

Officially Tested: Mycotoxin Free Coffee

That’s right. The premier food testing lab in North America (Eurofins) just sent the results, and it looks like we passed with flying colors. In this case, the test revealed no detectable mycotoxins in our coffee from Santa Isabel, Guatemala.

If you have been wanting a tested and verified coffee that is free from mycotoxins, the wait is over. Our Santa Isabel was screened it was found to have no detectable levels of any mycotoxins.

No ochratoxins or aflatoxins were detected. Not even a single one.

If these results bring you peace of mind, consider coming in and taking home a bag or purchasing some for yourself online today.

P.S.

We don’t believe ANY of our coffees contain any detectable level of mycotoxins.

We have been tasting coffee for a long time, and know what mold tastes like in coffee. We don’t source or roast moldy coffees.  It’s as simple as that.
