Finca Patzibir, Guatemala

About this coffee:

Produced at Finca Patzibir near Lake Atitlan with farm management assistance from our friends from Los Volcanes Coffees based in Antigua Guatemala.  Finca Patzibir is growing coffee using a living soil style cultivation.  No pesticides, fertilizers, or other chemicals are used to grow this crop outside of compost that is created at the farm with ingredients also grown on the farm.  The farm itself is USDA organic certified.

Finca Patzibir is grown under forest canopy with the most sustainable growing practices we have ever seen. They have recently implemented much more advanced tissue management to increase the health and production of their coffees.

This is a "F.U.C.R Certified Living Soil" coffee, representing our personal inspection of the growing practices and farm management used at Finca Patzibir. 

Tastes like: 

Notes of cocoa, honey, with orange blossom and apple balancing out the flavor profile.

Local Pick Up:

You’ll receive an email when your order is ready for pickup.  Orders placed before 8am on Tuesday will be available to pick up after Noon on Wednesday.  Orders placed before 8am on Thursday will be available to pick up after Noon on Friday.

USPS Shipping:

If we receive your order before 8am on a Tuesday or Thursday, we will ship on the next day via USPS Priority Mail.  If we receive your order after 8am on a Tuesday or Thursday the order will ship the following shipment day.
