Kolla Bolcha, Ethiopia

About this coffee:

Kolla Bolcha comes from the western region of Ethiopia in Agaro.  It's some of the earliest to ripen in Ethiopia, and we like to wait before roasting as to allow the complex flavors develop.

This washing station was installed by the combined efforts of Technoseve and USAID. It's a pleasure to enjoy a delicious coffee. For us it serves as a reminder of how interconnected we are. 

Let's remember to be good to each other.

A wonderfully complex and nuanced cup, with notes of ginger, cola, and black cherry.

Local Pick Up:

You’ll receive an email when your order is ready for pickup.  Orders placed before 8am on Tuesday will be available to pick up after Noon on Wednesday.  Orders placed before 8am on Thursday will be available to pick up after Noon on Friday.

USPS Shipping:

If we receive your order before 8am on a Tuesday or Thursday, we will ship on the next day via USPS.  If we receive your order after 8am on a Tuesday or Thursday the order will ship the following shipment day.
