About this coffee:
La Minita has been growing exceptional coffee and processing it on site in Tarrazu for many decades.
Right next door is La Pradera, another excellent farm growing high quality coffee that is then washed next door.
The wet mill uses state of the art technology for power generation and water recovery to limit their environmental impact on the incredible rainforest environment they call home. This coffee is washed on the La Minita estate.

Local Pick Up:
You’ll receive an email when your order is ready for pickup. Orders placed before 8am on Tuesday will be available to pick up after Noon on Wednesday. Orders placed before 8am on Thursday will be available to pick up after Noon on Friday.
USPS Shipping:
If we receive your order before 8am on a Tuesday or Thursday, we will ship on the next day via USPS. If we receive your order after 8am on a Tuesday or Thursday the order will ship the following shipment day.
