About this coffee:

This is a washed coffee, milled at La Esperanza in Antigua and grown amongst the historic colonial ruins in Antigua Guatemala.

This microlot is produced from bourbon trees at San Carlos that are 125 years old. Want to know what the farm is like? Ask our roaster Joe who can show you pictures of the old imperial walls at San Carlos, and the incredible hand carved wooden doors of the church next door.

Tastes like:

We love the ripe, soft apricot flavors, with hints of creamy wildflower honey and a distinct candy nougat note.
