Project "Plowshare"

Project Plowshare

Dear Coffee Connoisseurs,

Have you heard of our Plowshare coffee project?  It's now available on our website and our cafe shelf for purchase.

Plowshare is our most affordable coffee, and our top seller.  It's a rotating selection of coffees from Central and South America, with the goal of supporting farmers by keeping great coffees out of the commodity coffee supply chain.

You see, if you have a wonderful coffee with no one to buy it, it's possible that this coffee can be bought or sold at an incredibly low and unsustainable price, and placed into a commodity grocery store coffee- we won't call any brands out, but they are sold pre ground and in a tin.  You know the ones.

We believe strongly in supporting farmers by paying more for coffee. This belief led us to create our Plowshare project, for coffee that we feel deserves a price higher than the commodity market will pay.

The best part is, we now have 5 lbs and 2 lbs bags stocked and roasted and available online too! It's a great option for offices, families, or anyone who wants excellent coffee at a lower price.

It's only $20 for two whole pounds. It's even more affordable as a 5lbs bag at $49!

We think it’s worth it. We hope you do too.

Happy brewing
